Sandi Graziani
Began her career in cosmetology 24 years ago on Main Street in Flemington. She attended and received her license from Capri Institute in Raritan. Her education has included advanced classes in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Las Vegas. Sandi specializes in all aspects of haircutting and styling with an expertise in Logics DNA Color Systems, Matrix, So-Color, Loreal. Continuing education is Sandi’s goal for herself and for her stylists that work with her to ensure the latest trends in hair style, color and cutting will be available to her clients.

Angelo Graziani
Angelo Graziani
Owner/hair designer, left the printing industry after 17 years and began a new venture with his wife Sandi in the cosmetology field. Angelo successfully graduated and received his license from The Hunterdon County Polytech in June, 2011. He was awarded the Hunderdon County Polytech Graduate of the Year Award, The Student of the Year Award, and named in the National Honor Society. He now joins our team of designers on the cutting floor, specializing in Men’s and Boy’s haircuts.

Amanda Maddalena
Amanda Maddalena
Received her license in 2006 from Hunterdon County Polytech Cosmetology School. She placed second in the New Jersey Skills USA competition for haircutting, day styling, and formal hair design. She is also certified in the Keratin Complex Smoothing Systems. Amanda has continued her education by attending the Matrix Destination, L’Oreal, Logics classes in men’s and women’s haircutting and coloring, as well as a Martain Parson UP-DO class. In addition, she attends yearly International Beauty Shows

Comes to DomAlenas Hair & Nail Lounge with 20 years experience. She received her license from Hunterdon Poly-Tech in 1995 and was trained in advanced haircutting at Graham Webb Academy in Washington D.C. Renee’ has extensive training with the following hair color companies: Goldwell, Joico, Eugene Perma, Logics, & Matrix. Renee’ is also certified in Keratin Complex Smoothing Systems and has ten years experience as a makeup artist.

Abby Palonis
Graduated from Somerset County Vo-Tech in 1983. She specializes in all phases of hair cutting and coloring as well as facial waxing. She attended advanced color workshops for both Matrix and Redken Color Systems and attends advanced classes to stay current with today’s cutting and coloring techniques and the latest trends in formal Up-Do styling. Abby believes in educating her clients on the most current hair care products designed for them to maintain their salon at home.

Donna Ponzio
Has been a licensed hair stylist since 1986. After attending North Hunterdon Vo-Tech she remained active in VICA (Vocational Industrial Clubs of America) which stressed the importance of industries to work hand in hand with education. She specializes in cutting and color and has advanced training in Matrix Hair Color. She regularly attends classes to stay up to date on the latest trends and likes to educate her clients on the most advanced care products. Donna participates in My Matrix Salon Voice, a panel designed for salon professionals, giving them the opportunity to voice their opinions and give feedback on products and services to better serve their clients.

Terry Kaczorek
Started in the salon as a receptionist during her high school years in the “old” Flemington Mall. She enjoyed the salon atmosphere so much that she continued to Hair Fashion Institute in North Plainfield to get her Cosmetology license in 1986. She attended advanced haircutting classes with Redken and Matrix color systems. Throughout the years she attended numerous hair shows and classes to further her education in order to keep up with the latest trends and styles. Terry specializes in women’s and men’s hair cutting and styling, haircloring, highlights, and perm.
